After I retired and moved from a site-built house to a manufactured home, space was not as plentiful. I needed a place for the “shack” so the built-in desk in the breakfast room was the ideal location. Space was limited so I added a shelf for additional room.

On the top is a Philmore transmission Monitor, and MFJ-941D SWR Meter/Tuner with a Small Wonder Labs DSW-20 rig (20 Meters) kit and an Oakhills Research OHR-100A QRP rig (40 Meters).

On the shelf below is a Kenwood SP-23 speaker for the TS-450, a Kenwood TM-231A 2-meter mobile transceiver, a Modular System MK-2 keyer and my Kenwood TS-450S/AT HF.

On the desk under the shelves I have a home-brew single paddle key for QRP (made from a hacksaw blade) and a Bencher Iambic paddle for the TS-450.
To the left is a Micronta 2.5 amp power supply for the QRP rigs and an Astron RS-20M 20 amp power supply for the 2-meter and HF rigs.

Outside I have a “stealth” antenna — a Hustler 4-BTV vertical ground-mounted with no radial, covered by a 2-inch PVC pipe converted to a flagpole (which is a teriffic "stealth" antenna) where I proudly fly “Old Glory.”
