William Bell, W5LJT

This is the shack at W5LJT. On the desk is my wonderful Drake TR-7. The Drake PS7 power supply is under the desk. To the right of the TR7 is an ICOM IC-707 that I use on the WARC bands and beneath it is an MFJ 564B paddle. On the shelf are a Drake RV7 remote VFO, external speaker for the TR7 and beneath it an MFJ 441 keyer, the Drake MN7 matching network and beneath it an MFJ 441 E Versa Tuner II for the IC-707. To the right is an Astron RS-20M power supply for the IC-707.

There is a switch (above the RV-7) that switches the Alpha-Delta DX-EE antenna between the two rigs. The small panel above the TR-7 has two switches to switch the keyer between the two rigs. I also have dipoles for 17 and 30 Meters.

On the desk to the left are two file boxes containing my QSO index card files dating back to 1946. The computer is used for the call book CD.

I primarily operate CW, however I do operate SSB for a weekly schedule with my good friend W8HXX and a shout at any new country (DXCC-322 countries). I enjoy WorldRadio. The QSL Manager list are very helpful.
